Founded in 2010, ANPTrilhos is a nonprofit civil association, which assembles all urban rail operators in Brazil, with the objective of promoting the enhancement and development of this mode of transportation in the country. Working with an integrated view among operators, industry and entities from the sector, ANPTrilhos aims, through this integration, to work on solutions and technologies that can contribute to improve the urban mobility in our country, in a way that it is adjusted to the reality and needs of each Brazilian city.

CEBDS is a non-profit organization that works with government and civil society to promote sustainable development in companies in Brazil, as well as to disseminate current information on business sustainability practices. CEBDS convenes approximately 70 of Brazil’s largest business groups. Together, these companies are responsible for around 40% of Brazil’s GDP and more than one million jobs. CEBDS is the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD)’s local chapter in Brazil, along with 200 member companies throughout the world.

Facens
The Sorocaba Engineering School (FACENS) is the first higher education institution of the sector founded in Sorocaba. Maintained by the Sorocaba Cultural Association for Technological Renovation (ACRTS), it is considered to be a nonprofit and philanthropic Federal Organization certified by the National Welfare Council. Subsequently, it offers numerous grants to students who have socio-economic needs. The organization also invests all of its profits in the College, making FACENS an educational center that is growing constantly.
It currently offers thirteen courses: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Mobility, Agronomic and Technology in Digital Gaming, Environmental Process and Aircraft Maintenance, as well as graduate courses and specializations.
Its level of education is recognized throughout the job market, generating extremely high percentages of graduate employability.
FACENS has outstanding professional and academic faculty as well as a great infrastructure, supported by well-equipped and technologically advanced labs.
These are decisive factors for the recognition of the educational programs the College develops, and, more specifically, for the quality of professionals who graduate here.
