Since 2010, Padilhas has served as the head of TAGGEN – IoT Solutions, a company that has been focusing on service and industry automation solutions, making use of RFID and since 2015, using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technologies. Invited by SOFTEX Brasil and CNI, Padilha has developed and taught the 1st IoT course for entrepreneurs, in Curitiba-PR, the course was held in person, in addition to video conferencing for three other cities simultaneously.

For ABES – (Brazilian Association of Software Companies) Padilha has been the Coordinator of the IoT Committee since 2016 and currently serves as a Counselor, and its representative in the IOC Chamber of MCTIC – Ministry of Science Technology, Innovations and Communications.
