Andreas Binkert studied at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), Zurich, Master of Science. Greencity-Zurich carries Certificate No. 1 of the new “2000-Watt-Areal” seal. The 2000-Watt Society’s targets are in accordance with the “2050 Energy Strategy” of the Swiss Federal Government. Sustainability Specialist, serves on the Executive Board of Institutional Relations and Sustainability of MRV, promoting culture, the value of sustainability and the development of projects and programs with various areas of the company. In 2018, we presented a case study developed by the area on ‘How SDGs Generate Value for MRV’ at the SDGinBrazil event at the 73rd UN Assembly in New York and recently launched at Climate Week in Salvador, ‘Vision 2030 MRV for SDGs’, guide the company’s actions for the next 10 years.
Graduated in Ecology, she has a postgraduate degree in Social Responsibility and specialization in Sustainable Projects, Climate Change and Carbon Market. Has experience in sustainability, climate change, SDG, community and sustainable city projects. Member of the Technical Council of the Mixed Parliamentary Front (Chamber and Senate) in Support of Intelligent and Human Cities. Professor of Management and Innovation in Smart Cities at FACENS – Faculty of Engineering of Sorocaba, only Faculty in Brazil awarded by Smart City UK (London) for the Smart Campus project. Author of “Public-Private Partnerships for Smart Cities” (Ed Lumen Juris, 2016, currently in the 3rd edition), work adopted in the structuring phase of the National Internet Plan for Things (Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communications). Since 2016, it is one of the partners of SPIn Soluções Públicas Inteligentes, the first Brazilian consultancy exclusively dedicated to the movement of Intelligent Cities. Author and Coordinator of the first Intelligent City Technologies Master Plan (PDTCI) of Brazil, in the Municipality of Juazeiro do Norte (CE).

Founder of SAWLUZ, a company specialized in EDI, logistic and fiscal processes, which develops solutions for the automotive ecosystem (assemblers, auto parts industry, distributors, dealers), agro machines (including agricultural implements) and logistics operators. Since 2010, Padilhas has served as the head of TAGGEN – IoT Solutions, a company that has been focusing on service and industry automation solutions, making use of RFID and since 2015, using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technologies. Invited by SOFTEX Brasil and CNI, Padilha has developed and taught the 1st IoT course for entrepreneurs, in Curitiba-PR, the course was held in person, in addition to video conferencing for three other cities simultaneously.

For ABES – (Brazilian Association of Software Companies) Padilha has been the Coordinator of the IoT Committee since 2016 and currently serves as a Counselor, and its representative in the IOC Chamber of MCTIC – Ministry of Science Technology, Innovations and Communications. He was also a member of the Consultative Council of the study project “Internet of Things: an action plan for Brazil,” conducted by the agreement between MCTIC and BNDES, which resulted in the “IoT National Plan – Brazil.
